We’re looking for a remote Scheduling Specialist to provide exceptional support to patients and referring providers. In this role, you will answer inbound calls, coordinate appointments, and process documentation to ensure a smooth and positive scheduling experience. This position requires up to 6 months of in person, onsite training at our Chesterfield, Missouri location. Working hours are Monday–Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST with a rotational Saturday shift every 4 weeks.
