JOB OVERVIEW: The Assistant Director of Manufacturing provides leadership and operational support across all four manufacturing facilities to ensure efficient, high‑quality production and to help guide the organization through continued growth. This role oversees the Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Safety functions and is responsible for driving strong performance through effective leadership, training, and development.
