Located at Highland District Hospital (Hillsboro, OH) Full-Time Day Shift (Exempt/Salaried) Position Summary: Responsible for overall operations of their respective hospital laboratory. The Senior Manager is responsible for the implementation of the strategic plan and budget to ensure the high-quality testing services necessary to achieve the business and patient care objectives of CompuNet Clinical Laboratories. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Lead hospital technical and lab support departments to meet business goals and customer expectations while delivering timely, cost effective, high quality laboratory services aligned with CompuNet’s mission and values. - Set operating systems, test/work schedules, and staffing with the Senior Director to optimize service delivery. - Manage departmental budgets, balancing operational expenses with marketing needs. - Oversee quality assurance and coordinate improvement activities across technical and lab support areas. - Serve as the operational liaison between the laboratory and the hospital. - Develop technical operations policies with Medical and Technical Directors to ensure compliance with CLIA ’88, CAP, and other regulatory/accrediti...
