The Appalachian Mountain Club (AMC) seeks a qualified and enthusiastic prep cook for our Highland Center Lodge in the heart of the White Mountain National Forest. This seasonal opportunity assists in the preparation and delivery of meals - including breakfast, lunch, dinner and supporting the snack bar/deli - where 95% of the food is made from scratch.
