Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: LA Office - Los Angeles, CA 90021Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 Salary/yearThe Buyer, New & Replenishment owns the strategy and execution of both newness and replenishment across multiple classes, delivering a balanced, trend-right, customer-right assortment that consistently meets sales, margin, inventory, and in-stock goals. This role blends fashion intuition with analytical rigor to develop and execute assortments with strong price-value and competitive positioning. Partnering cross-functionally and with vendors, the Buyer analyzes sales, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities and bring assortments to life. They drive volume through timely reorders and chase decisions, actively managing core and reorder SKUs using stock-to-sales, sell-through, seasonal trends, and onsite performance to maximize turns, profitability, and minimize risk. The ideal candidate is fashion-curious, highly analytical, and results-driven, with a passion for owning product from concept through replenishment.
