THE ROLE & TEAM: This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Tax Solicitor (3–6 PQE) to join Brabners’ growing corporate practice, providing commercially focused, transaction-led, corporate tax support across the firm. The role is closely aligned to corporate transactions but incorporates a broad range of advisory input, working closely with the Corporate Tax Partner and other on a wide range of tax matters. You will sit within Brabners’ corporate department and support colleagues firmwide, with a particular emphasis on M&A and other corporate reorganisations and transactions, as well as the tax aspects of employment, real estate, share schemes and other corporate matters arising across the firm’s transactional and advisory work. Brabners advises a broad and diverse client base across multiple sectors and this role supports colleagues across the firm, working closely with colleagues in the corporate, real estate and employment teams.
