Function/Duties of Position: The Dental Assistants Supervisor is responsible for training, mentoring, evaluation, and performance management of designated dental assistants in the School of Dentistry Clinics in RLSB. This position reports directly to the Dental Practice Manager working closely in the recruitment and retention of dental assistants and on issues related productivity and staffing. This position aligns with the School of Dentistry on strategic, operational patient experience and performance improvement initiatives.
