As an AI Adoption Manager , you’ll play a key role in supporting trial customers across your region, guiding them through Mazlan and helping them integrate it into their day-to-day work. This is a customer-facing role within a newly formed team, offering the opportunity to help shape processes, build strong regional relationships, and develop valuable expertise in AI adoption. This role offers the chance to be part of launching something new at Ideagen, build in-demand AI adoption skills, and make a meaningful impact on customer outcomes within a defined region, with clear progression as the team grows.
