You know that quality matters and that delivering results requires a great team In this role, you'll: As part of the Road Maintenance and Resilience Division, this role leads and supports a team to deliver safe, efficient and high‑quality maintenance work. You’ll coordinate resources, manage day‑to‑day activities, and ensure accurate reporting across safety, environmental and compliance requirements. The position also participates in an on‑call roster, responding to incidents and operational needs as required. You will manage risks by monitoring performance and safety data, resolving issues, and ensuring all work complies with policy, contractual, WHS and environmental obligations. The role also supports managers and engineers with minor projects, exercising relevant delegations and assisting with estimating and contract management to ensure work is delivered to agency standards and timeframes.
