What You Can Expect As a Construction Manager, you will provide essential scheduling, documentation, and coordination support to ENGIE’s Capital Projects team at the Ohio State University. The role ensures that all meetings, reports, and project workflows are managed efficiently to facilitate the timely execution of projects within ENGIE’s Capital Projects portfolio from ideation the stage to project completion. You’ll be an essential member of a team ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget—while maintaining the highest standards of quality, governance, and stakeholder satisfaction. The projects you support—ranging from lifecycle renewals to major expansions and modernization efforts—will strengthen the University’s energy resilience, reliability, and sustainability for future generations. No two days are the same. You’ll bolster the effectiveness a multidisciplinary team of project managers and construction professionals, interface with University and ENGIE leadership, and drive continuous improvement across all delivery processes.
