Business Development Representative, Business Strategy What You’ll Do The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective whitespace client opportunities and delivering high‑quality, sales‑ready leads to the Business Development team. This role sits at the top of the revenue funnel and ensures Business Development time is focused on the most viable, high‑value opportunities aligned with Vaniam Group’s strategic priorities in oncology and hematology. A Day in the Life Deliverables - Identify, engage, and qualify prospective biopharmaceutical clients aligned with Vaniam Group’s strategic priorities. - Conduct inbound and outbound qualification conversations to assess therapeutic area, development stage, urgency, and decision‑maker access. - Schedule high‑quality, well‑qualified meetings for Business Development leaders and provide clear pre‑meeting context, including account background, stated needs, and qualification rationale. - Execute clear lead handoff processes aligned to defined SLAs and documentation standards. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date Salesforce records for leads, contacts, and early‑stage opportunities to...
