Our Portfolio Manager serves as the primary point of contact for Solutions Group clients and their properties. They will work directly with account leaders and clients to provide world-class service, responding to clients’ requests, understanding their challenges, and assisting with resolving issues related to elevators. This role will accurately track and resolve all client issues in a timely manner. This Portfolio (Project) Manager will handle numerous tasks simultaneously, working closely with the account lead and client to respond to inquiries, review invoices, manage client requests, and work with client vendors to find solutions.
