QUALIFICATIONS: RESPONSIBILITIES: - High School diploma or GED required - Experience in social service setting preferred - Computer literate in Word, Excel, and Others - Must be able to assist clients by effectively working with them for a positive outcome - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Must have a pleasant phone voice and be able to receive and appropriately relay messages - Ability to be part of a collaborative team - Must be able to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times - Must be able to pass a criminal background check - Ability to follow direction and work with minimum of supervision. - Must have a valid food handlers’ certificate. - Ability to supervise assigned volunteers. - Must be proficient in the use of computer applications. - Working knowledge of community resources....
