Food Supervisor Full-Time Yorkton Food Store What you’ll do: You will be responsible for leading the team in providing legendary customer service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here." This will be accomplished by: - Being abreast about merchandise, make recommendations, resolve any concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. - Actively collaborating with the ‘Food Supervisor Training’ during/post onboarding to continuously train and develop the team and provide leadership to the team members and in assigning and managing their work and performance. - Supervising and delegating employee’s workflow and duties while ensuring all staff are following safety procedures/ protocols as well as Legacy Co-op's policies and procedures. - Responsible for quantity and quality availability of the stock and merchandise in a timely manner and inventory management. - Providing ongoing and frequent communication and coaching. - Assisting with interviews as needed.
