Description Pay Range: $22.81/hour-$23.50/hour: This role supports all 6 SRYMCA branches in the Saratoga, Warren, and Washington counties POSITION SUMMARY: This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Supports the maintenance and repair of fitness and audio-visual equipment across YMCA facilities. Ensures equipment is safe, functional, and properly maintained in accordance with YMCA policies and OSHA guidelines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on fitness and audio-visual equipment across YMCA facilities. - Identify and assess equipment malfunctions using basic diagnostic tools and techniques. Communicate findings clearly to the Manager and assist in determining appropriate repair solutions. - Assist with the setup and installation of new fitness and A/V equipment, including assembling components, connecting electrical systems, and testing functionality. - Monitor and report inventory levels of tools, parts, and supplies.
