As a Transformation Consultant (Business Analyst) , you will play a key role in shaping and delivering transformation programmes for leading banks, insurers, and financial institutions. What will you do?: You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and transformation, supporting clients through complex change initiatives. Analysing and documenting business processes, operating models, and customer journeys within FSI environments. Translating business needs into clear, structured business and functional requirements. Supporting end‑to‑end transformation initiatives (digitalisation, regulatory change, core system migrations, target operating models). Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and senior management to define scope, priorities, and solutions.
