The Cross Family of Agencies welcomes you. We need your talent and expertise. Account Managers are primarily responsible for servicing commercial lines insurance policies (new and renewal) while creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, underwriters, and other professionals. Duties of an Account Manager include but are not limited to: Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $150,000 ( annually) Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity. Cross Insurance offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and more. - Maintain a Property & Casualty license along with keeping up with Continuing Education. - Understanding and following the Cross Basic Procedure Manual. - Understanding and following the Commercial Lines Workflow Manual. - Only using approved Action Codes in AMS 360 / EPIC. - Following up and completing open suspense’s daily. - Servicing and selling commercial insurance products to prospective and existing clients. - Establish & maintain good working relationships with company personnel (underwriters, marketing...
