Job description

The Division of Comprehensive Neurology in the Department of Neurology at Stanford University seeks a board-eligible or board-certified neurologist to join the Department as a Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, or Clinical Professor in the Clinician Educator Line . The candidate will have MD degree or equivalent and will be ABPN Board Eligible or Board Certified, and eligible for CA medical license. Fellowship training is desired but not required. A clinician who is able to competently manage a broad array of neurologic conditions and care for patients with complex or multiple neurologic disorders. The candidate should have an interest in teaching medical students, residents and fellows. The major criterion for appointment in the Clinician Educator Line is excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, teaching, administrative and/or scholarship appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill. Responsibilities are expected to include care of general (comprehensive) neurology patients, and teaching of medical students, residents, and clinical fellows.
