Product Manager, Agentic Growth and Retention

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role. - 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc). Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in a technology or business related field. - 5 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of building and shipping successful consumer-facing products and features at scale. - Experience creating data-driven arguments (e.g., A/B testing, user analysis, funnel analysis, market research, etc.) to define product direction in cross-functional ecosystems. - Experience in AI/ML foundations and concepts and AI-powered product development. - Ability to collaborate very effectively with UX, UXR, Engineering, and Strategy teams, turning ambiguous user needs into product plans and measurable outcomes.
