Job Overview We are currently looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Team Lead to join our team in Holland, MI in the Panels Plant on 1st shift. As a Team Lead you will: Leads team to attain goals in Safety, Quality, Schedule, Cost, Culture, and Environment by providing effective coaching and training to distribution/production team members. Organizes and performs full range of complex duties in fast-paced environment that requires thorough understanding of functions within work cell, as well as policies and procedures. Works with supervisor and other team leaders to manage and prioritize staffing assignments to ensure customer demand and production schedule are met. Details about Team Lead schedule: - The positions schedule will be Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. (Team starts at 6:00 am) - Team overtime schedule: 4:00 am - 2:30pm and Saturday schedule, as needed, from 5:00 am - 2:00 pm.
