Associate Project Manager - Utility Interconnection Projects

Position Overview Power your future with Qualus in our Project Management department as an Assoicate Project Manager. Under general direction, assists in managing a large portfolio of electric utility interconnection projects to ensure all phases of approved projects are completed efficiently and within scope, on schedule, and within budget. Works closely with personnel to engineer, design, site, permit and construct assigned projects. Assists project managers with securing approval for permits and licenses, budgets materials, contractors, and other resources. Responsibilities: Supports the interconnection Project Managers by assisting in tracking project milestones, facilitating communications between internal teams and customers, and ensuring program documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date. Monitors application status, updates project trackers, and flags milestone delays or risk to the Project Manager. Assist in responding to customer inquiries, preparing status updates, and coordinating meetings across internal and external stakeholders.
