In this role, you will contribute to safe, high-quality pharmaceutical care while collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals. Responsibilities: Prepare and compound sterile parenteral and enteral medications, including chemotherapeutic agents, under pharmacist supervision. Ensure accuracy and completeness of prescription order entry and delivery documentation. Participate in patient care meetings to provide pharmacy expertise and support. Maintain compliance with quality assurance standards and monitor results for pharmaceutical testing. Assist with inventory management, including ordering, logging, and organizing supplies. Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all pharmacy policies and procedures. Support pharmacists in daily operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance professional skills. Required: High School diploma or GED.
