JOB DESCRIPTION: POSITION SUMMARY Under the supervision of the Pharmacy Manager and CEO, ensure accuracy during the prescription filling process. The chosen candidate will be working as a pharmacist in the Columbus CHS clinic to assist when the full-time pharmacists are out of the pharmacy. The pharmacist will work with patients and providers to accurately fill prescriptions, assist providers with treatment decisions when consulted, provide immunizations, and patient consultations as needed.
