Qualifications: - Assist in delivering client care services as directed by the Occupational Therapist (OT). - Support the OT in evaluating and developing the rehabilitative care plan and in periodic re-evaluations. - Help prepare clinical and progress notes, ensuring OT review and submission per company policies. - Collaborate with the OT to instruct clients and families on exercise programs and therapeutic activities. - Guide clients in self-care and creative activities aimed at improving their independence, physical, and mental functioning. - Report any adverse drug reactions, allergies, or medication concerns to the OT. - Record client activities and report findings to the OT and physician, noting any changes in the client’s condition....
