Job Description: The Role The Workforce Strategy team seeks an experienced and motivated professional for the role of Director, Workforce Strategy. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the development and implementation of a workforce strategy aligned with Fidelity’s business goals and operating plans. You will collaborate across business units and enterprise teams to ensure a comprehensive experience.
