Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: SUMMARY: This position coordinates the functional areas of the environment of care, including developing, implementing, and evaluating safety programs which promote safe and healthy working conditions. The incumbent is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing emergency management activities. The incumbent will ensure program-related policies and documents reflect internal and external requirements including compliance with accrediting agencies, and local, state, and federal regulations. Relocation Assistance Available. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, public health, safety, or related field is required. Five (5) years of healthcare-related experience in environment of care, safety, emergency management, or related field is required. Years of training or education may be substituted for experience. Experience in healthcare and multi-agency operations is preferred. Experience serving in a leadership role in emergency management/response is preferred.
