About the Role: Eureka Village Brassall is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join our on-site team. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep, presentation, and safety of the village’s outdoor areas, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our residents and visitors. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and care for outdoor spaces including lawns, gardens, landscaped areas, pathways, and recreational zones. - Perform routine cleaning such as rubbish removal, debris clearing, and general outdoor tidiness. - Inspect, maintain, and operate outdoor equipment, gardening tools, and irrigation systems. - Identify and address hazards (e.g., trip points, overgrown vegetation) to ensure a safe environment. - Respond proactively to ad‑hoc maintenance requests...
