Job description

Overview: This position plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of Archrock’s compressor units. It provides direct technical support to operations leadership by conducting condition audits, investigating major, repetitive and higher risk equipment issues, failures and safety incidents, and driving continuous improvement in maintenance and service quality. This role is responsible for working with field operations and customers in troubleshooting and resolving acute and chronic equipment performance issues. Additionally, it will contribute to developing, updating, and creating accountability to operational and maintenance standards and procedures.
