About the opportunity Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) refers to the condition of the air inside buildings, including offices, hospitals, laboratories and manufacturing facilities. It covers everything from particulate levels and airborne contaminants to ventilation performance and microbial presence. Getting it right matters, particularly in environments where occupant health, regulatory compliance or sensitive processes are at stake. Benmax holds NATA (National Association of Testing Authorities) accreditation for indoor air quality testing, and we're looking for the right person to lead that service. This is a role for someone who cares about getting it right. The test methodology, the report, the client relationship. You take pride in work that's technically sound and clearly communicated, and you hold yourself to a high standard without needing to be asked. Most of your time will be office-based, with regular site visits woven in as the work requires. You'll own our NATA accreditation, drive continuous improvement, and keep an eye out for opportunities to grow the service.
