Key Responsibilities: Customer Service and Sales Support: - Greet and engage with event attendees to create a welcoming atmosphere. - Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences, providing knowledgeable recommendations. - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. - Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer interest to increase average transaction value. - Promote event-specific merchandise and special offers, ensuring customers are aware of discounts or limited-edition items. Inventory Management: - Track and monitor inventory levels in real-time during the event, ensuring high-demand products are always available for customers. - Report stock levels and restocking needs to the Retail Manager to ensure popular items are replenished promptly. - Help with inventory checks and stock organization before, during, and after the event.
