For our Competence Center Ready Mix , we are looking for an Operational Specialist (f/m/d) . The position is based at our Headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany, and reports to the Head of Operational Excellence .: The Global CCR Operational Specialist will support operational excellence and performance improvement across our Readymix Concrete (RMC) operations by supporting the coordination and implementation of new initiatives and solutions. This role involves developing operational knowledge-based business cases, content development, providing project management support, and managing relationships with Group and country teams.
