About the Job The Medical-Surgical Nursing faculty are exempt, full-time professionals who are able to prepare the next generation of Christian nurse leaders. The nursing faculty teach theory, simulation, and clinical practicum experiences. They are responsible for creating and developing the program curriculum and for assessing student learning outcomes. Nursing faculty's academic rank assignment is commensurate with credentials and experience. The nursing faculty role includes teaching, scholarship and service.
