Registered Nurse (Psychiatry) (AM, PM and NOC Shift)

Job description

As a Registered Nurse for Aurora Behavioral Healthcare San Diego, you'll provide general and psychiatric nursing care to adults with emotional or psychiatric disorders. You will provide interventions that: promote and foster health; assess dysfunction; assist patients to regain or improve their coping abilities; maximize patient strengths and prevent further disability. These interventions focus on the psychiatric-mental health patient and include health promotion and health maintenance; monitoring patients and assisting them with self-care activities; monitoring psycho-biological treatment regimens; providing triage decisions and facilitating patient movement into appropriate services. *Pay Range: $50/hr. to $67/hr. *Available Shifts: Full Time: AM Shift (7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.), PM Shift (3:00 P.M. to 11:30 P.M.), NOC Shift (11:00 P.M. to 7:30 A.M.)
