Leadership Training Program Coach "WTRS"- Fort Irwin, CA “This position is Part Time on Call with an expectation of 7-8 (up to ten) rotations per calendar year. Rotations include two days for travel, two prep days and eight days of training. Brigade LTP, CSM Coach: V2X is seeking a skilled Leadership-Training-Program (LTP) Coach/Instructors (C/I) to work under the direction of the Brigade Command Group Senior Coach / Team Lead. Responsibilities include coaching, teaching and mentoring the Brigades CSM/SGMs on their roles within the BCT and how to deploy their unit to the NTC and redeploy to home station. The mission of the Leader Training Program (LTP) is to coach BCT leadership, staff, and subordinate Battalion leadership. This position is full-time working for the National Training Center Warfighter-Training Readiness Solutions (WTRS) contract at the National Training Center (NTC). The WTRS is located at Fort Irwin, CA in the Mojave Desert approximately forty miles northeast of Barstow, CA.
