Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Safely and effectively perform maintenance on industrial, commercial and residential facilities. - Safely and effectively perform facility repair and remodeling. - Safely and effectively perform concrete flat work, tile, drywall, painting and welding. - Safely and effectively operate excavation equipment and tools. - Safely and effectively perform roof repairs. - Safely and effectively perform door and lockset repairs. - Work closely with HVAC and plumbing technicians to perform needed replacement and repairs. - Accurately read blueprints for facilities. -...
