We are seeking a Trading Technology Associate to elevate automation, controls, and quality standards across our global trading platform. This role sits directly alongside traders and engineers in a live market environment. You will play a central role in strengthening the infrastructure that supports portfolio implementation — ensuring trading workflows are transparent, systematically validated, and built to scale. The position requires strong investment domain knowledge, technical fluency, and the judgment to identify control gaps before they become production risk. This position offers meaningful ownership over workflow design, testing discipline, automation strategy, and production resilience across a global trading organization.
