THE ROLE: We’re hiring a Solutions Engineer to join our Operations team and support a range of client-facing responsibilities. The role is based in New York City. As a Solutions Engineer, you will: Serve in a cross-functional role, working closely with the Product and Engineering teams to guide new clients through the technical implementation process Support the Sales team with presenting the technical aspects of Unit’s product to potential clients Communicate new product features to clients and relay client feature requests to the Product and Engineering teams Analyze client needs to proactively deliver product recommendations, including by creating new prototypes, support materials, guides...
