- Job Title : Retail Employee - Entity : The Ripken Experience Pigeon Forge - Reports To : Retail Coordinator - Pay Range : $10-$14/hr - Location : Pigeon Forge, TN - Anticipated Start Date : Immediate - End Date : August/November Position Summary: As a member of The Ripken Experience Retail team you will be required to assist with the operation of our on-site merchandise store. The Ripken Experience Pigeon Forge is a state-of-the-art sports complex located in Pigeon Forge, TN. Ripken Baseball specializes in youth baseball tournaments bringing teammates, coaches, and families together through our Big League Experiences. This is a seasonal role. Key Responsibilities: As a member of the seasonal retail team, you will work directly under the Retail Coordinator. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Qualifications : - Efficiently process sales transactions using a POS system. - Maintain a high level of customer service, assisting customers both on and off the sales floor. - Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise on the sales floor. - Maintain a clean, sanitary environment within the retail shop. - Assist our Food and Beverage Manager, Facilities Manager, and Operatio...
