Job description
ICF seeks an Associate Child Welfare Specialist to join our Child and Family Well-Being (CFWB) Line of Business. This role works under the direction of project leadership to support child welfare research, evaluation, technical assistance, implementation, and continuous quality improvement (CQI) efforts focused on supporting child welfare projects aimed at improving outcomes for children and youth in foster care. The Associate Child Welfare Specialist will support all facets of project implementation to ensure timely and high-quality work, while contributing to the overall success of project initiatives. Key Responsibilities: As an Associate Child Welfare Specialist , you will collect, analyze, and synthesize data from surveys, interviews, focus groups, administrative data, observations, and site visits. You will collaborate closely with project teams, support client communications, and contribute to proposal development. Key project tasks may include: Supporting focus groups, including participant recruitment, logistics, note-taking, and summary reporting.
