A Day in the Life: As a Senior Principal Strategic Sourcing Specialist – Air and Ground, you will be a key member of Medtronic’s center-led Indirect Supply Management (ISM) team, reporting to the Sr. Sourcing Manager of Corporate Services. You will lead the global Air and Ground categories within our Travel & Meetings team. This critical role will drive the strategy, sourcing, negotiation, and management of Air and Ground contracts to support Medtronic’s business travel, events, and meetings worldwide. You will bring your expertise in Travel sourcing, a passion for supplier partnerships, cost optimization, and a commitment to delivering value to stakeholders.
