We are seeking a CRM & Systems Integration Specialist to design, manage and enhance our marketing and commercial systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, Partner Portal, lead-gen automation, customer service tools, pricing systems, and digital sales enablement tools. This role works cross-functionally across Marketing, and Sales to build and maintain automated integrations that improve data quality and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce expertise, systems thinking, and business acumen to deliver scalable, efficient solutions that support growth. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce System Administration: - Administer and enhance Salesforce, including configuration (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, dashboards, and reports) - Lead Salesforce projects, including integrations and third-party applications - Design and optimize lead generation, routing, scoring, and lifecycle management processes - Provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes Systems Integration: - Manage the digital ecosystem of marketing, sales, customer service, and digital platforms (CRM, marketing automation, partner portal, and product configu...
