Rural Health Transformation Regional Lead – South & East Grant funded through September 30, 2028 ( position is contingent upon renewed grant funding by the terms outlined by contract through September 30, 2031). Responsible for Manchester CC, Nashua CC, Great Bay CC, Lakes Region CC. SCOPE OF WORK: The Regional Lead, Healthcare Workforce is responsible for advancing the goals of the Rural Healthcare Transformation (RHT) grant by leading regional strategies that strengthen the healthcare talent pipeline. This position is responsible for program development, delivery, evaluation, and advancement and ensures compliance with grant regulations. Supervises program specialists, coordinators, assistants, and community liaisons. This position works across healthcare employers, education and training providers, and workforce system partners to expand career pathways, work-based learning models, and credential attainment opportunities that address critical workforce shortages in the healthcare sector.
