Machine Repair Technician

Job description

- 3 years of experience in a machine repair or field service role. - High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Training in electro-mechanical concepts is desired but not required. - Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. - Basic understanding of measurements, computations, and calculations. - Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce (or similar ERP/CRM systems) is highly preferred. Qualifications: #LI-EA1 - Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs and troubleshooting for malfunctioning or damaged equipment. - Deliver professional customer support while upholding a high standard of customer-facing service. - Utilize SAP to oversee and ensure the availability of site parts inventory. - Organize and monitor repair cases using the Salesforce platform, maintaining comprehensive notes and real-time status updates. - Perform regular inspections and testing of production machinery. - Ensure the workspace remains organized, clean, and hazard-free at all times.
