Handyperson - ( 26878 ) Description Handyperson Earn 13.45 per hour (Salary £26,300 per annum, pro rata) Permanent, part time (15 hpw): Bath: We can’t offer CoS for this role Home, a place where you belong We have a brilliant opportunity to join our fantastic Bath Team. We are the multi skilled hands-on practical support that helps our colleagues deliver services to our customers. We work with customers who have supported living needs, this could be support around skills such as finances or helping them to access the community. You will work across a mix of our properties and surrounding grounds. As our handy person, you’ll spend much of your time working across our three properties across Bath which are located centrally and outside the centre. What you'll do: Perform minor or emergency repairs, decorating and cleaning in properties and communal areas. Handle tasks like hanging curtain poles, moving furniture, touching up paint, changing washers, unblocking sinks, mowing lawns and clearing grounds. Carry out regular fire safety checks.
