POSITION SUMMARY: Oversees, leads, manages or provides support to field operations for medium to large scale projects. Trains and mentors associates assigned to project team. Understands and applies MGC's processes, procedures and instills our core values. Ensures assigned work is being performed within budget, on schedule, and according to plans and specifications. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Preconstruction, Project Set Up & Planning Supports preconstruction, leads and manages operational plans for project pursuits. Develops and manages the overall construction schedule(s). Reviews and offers feedback for trade partner scopes of work and contract prior to be finalized. Supports the overall project permitting process. Assists with the development of General Conditions and General Requirements.
