BB&E team members provide Environmental Consulting, Facilities Engineering and Program/Project Management Services to Federal and private sectors. Position Summary: BB&E is searching for an NEPA/Environmental Noise, Cultural Resources, and Natural Resources Manager to fulfill the associated requirements for the NASA Environmental Support Services (NESS) contract Performance Work Statement (PWS) in support of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Johnson Space Center (JSC) Environmental Management Division (EMD). Job Duties & Responsibilities: NEPA Manager Duties: - Prepare, implement, update, and maintain all reports, assessments, surveys, and studies, necessary to maintain compliance with federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations, Executive Orders, NASA EMD and Center’s policies and procedures.
