This is a full-time permanent position for East District to be based in Ottawa East District covers both Kingston and Ottawa areas. Ability to travel is required. Pay Range: CAD$34.68- $41.39: The closing date for the posting is June 13, 2026. Start date ASAP The Program Manager ensures the overall effectiveness of the services and supports provided by the flex employees who work in various locations. They seek to promote and model Karis Disability Services’ Service Principles by enhancing relationships, promoting citizenship, valuing people’s gifts, recognizing self-determination, encouraging growth and development, and recognizing the need for holistic supports in a manner that considers each person’s intrinsic value.
