Overview KETTLER has opening at our corporate office in Mclean, VA for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a locally owned and managed company with substantial potential for career growth. This role has an in-office attendance requirement of 1x per week, with a rotational schedule in case of emergencies. Responsibilities: - Managing a portfolio of up to 30 properties and handle full cycle Accounts Payable to include review and posting of invoices, processing weekly payments; monitoring & completing research on outstanding check issues; research and resolve owner and property payment issues; void & reissue replacement checks as needed; and maintain weekly & monthly reports required. - Ability to handle multiple accounting systems as well as multiple check runs per week. Will be involved in annual 1099 filings as well as maintaining monthly unclaimed properties file. - Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining systems, procedures and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
