Position Overview: ShyftLabs is looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager to join our growing company! Reporting to the VP, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and improving all HR and People Operations initiatives within the company. With a growing global workforce, this role will help ensure proper HR compliance, oversee talent acquisition, and implement best practices across performance management, onboarding and offboarding, and training, all while creating a fabulous working culture.
