Job Title: Registered Nurse Department : INCU - 2400 - Step-down ICU Location : Unity Hospital: Hours Per Week : Full Time - 36 Hours Schedule : Days/Evenings 7a-730p; Every other weekend and holiday. Intensive Nursing Care Unit: The INCU is a 12 bed, new Medical Surgical unit that is designed and staffed to care for nursing intensive patients whose needs exceed the routine med/surg nurse/patient ratios staffing. This is considered a nurse decision making unit and appropriateness of care within this unit is based upon nursing assessment and required implementations for optimal care.
